Our clientare looking to directly employ a
Quality Assurance Operative to work within the Quality department based within the
Rotherham factory.

You will join them on a
full-time, permanent basis, and inreturn, you will receive a
competitive salary.


Our client is the leading supplier of fitted kitchens and bedrooms for new build homes with a market share of over 50%.

They supply leading housebuilders such as Barratt and Taylor Wimpey, as well as developers of inner city high rise projects and socialhousing providers where a diverse product range and outstanding service sets them apart.

The key responsibilities of their Quality Assurance Operative will include:

  • Verifying the quality of manufactured product
  • Compiling reports
  • Inspecting bought out product against purchase specifications/drawings/samples
  • Maintaining the company's ISO Quality Management System
  • Driving improvement activities

In order to succeed in this Quality Assurance Operative role, you must have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with people at all levels
  • Excellent organisational, written and numerical skills
  • Excellent timekeeping and time management skills.

As their Quality Assurance Operative, you will be:

  • Able to establish close working relationships with both internal and external departments
  • Able to use your initiative and manage your own workload in order to ensure that all deadlines are achieved
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Selfmotivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Computer literate
