Web Project Coordinator - Manchester, United Kingdom - Caroo
Description
We're looking for a highly organised individual with an understanding of web development processes to join the projects team.You will have a background in digital, feel comfortable liaising with clients and have experience in task and project management.
You will be joining our existing projects team and will work alongside our web developers and designers helping manage website build projects for high profile clients.
You should already have some familiarity with project management processes and software, as well as some technical understanding of websites and a general interest in digital.
- Highly organised with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Some exposure to project management apps we use Asana and Basecamp at Pixel Kicks
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable having Zoom calls and meetings with clients.
- Good awareness of web development processes and SEO.
- Experience of updating WordPress websites.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- A keen approach towards selflearning and development in this role.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
Responsibilities:
- To use your organisational and communication skills to help manage full website builds as part of our projects team as well as managing support requests from existing clients
- Liaise with our design and development teams to get regular progress updates whilst relaying this information as part of our project management processes
- To pay close attention to development specs and website briefs making sure all requirements have been met
- Efficiently log feedback, support requests and field questions from our large and varied client base
- Help ensure all work is completed to our high standards by helping with testing
- Help populate content on websites and other requests that might come in
- Work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on several projects and tasks simultaneously
- Clientfacing and competent in meetings
- Keen to learn and develop new skills, and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
Salary

£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
