Customer Care Representative

Nottingham - hybrid - 2 days from home, 3 days from the office.

£24,000 - OTE £30,000

Permanent - ASAP start
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Representative to join a niche medical equipment supplier in Nottingham.

You will be responsible for managing your own geographical patch to ensure you deliver against your KPIs and revenue targets via outstanding customer service.

Due to the nature of the organisation, this is not your 'typical' Customer service role. We are looking for someone who is able to deal with challenging situations, display empathy but is also resilient.


Role & responsibilities include:

Building strong and lasting relationships with patients in order to drive sales and increase customer service levels
Increasing revenue for your area by being proactive and upselling
Working collaboratively with other members of the customer care team and other teams cross fucntionally eg field teams.
Maintaining first class levels of customer service, continually going above and beyond to serve patients.
Maintaining and ensuring high levels of ethics and integrity in our service delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence and ability to work cross functionally with other teams in the business
Highly organised and efficient
Empathetic and emotionally resilient
Experience of working in a contact centre is desirable but not essential
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction
