An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new and innovative role as a cancer navigator to work alongside our urology and colorectal cancer teams across all STH sites including Northern General, Royal Hallamshire and Weston Park Hospital.


The post-holders will work as part of a designated navigator team, focussing on end-to-end pathway, ensuring timely and proactive progression at all points.

Your primary responsibilities will be to act as patient advocate to overcome barriers to timely access, minimising any delays.

You will maintain effective communication with and on behalf of the patient, working closely with the help of cancer CNS's and operational teams to support patients through their pathways.
