We currently have a fantastic role for our client - a residential house building/property development company based in Beaconsfield.


In the role of Customer Care Administrator, you will be supporting the team with various administration duties and liaising regularly with clients, sub contractors and other departments.

Ideally, we would like someone who has worked for a house buildingcompany before but it's not essential.

What is essential, is excellent customer service experience and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

Our client is offering a generous salary of £28k - £30k plus company bonus and excellent benefits. This role is office based in Beaconsfield with an early finish on Fridays

Duties include

  • Ensure that the customer care process is followed correctly to provide a professional and exemplary level of customer service
  • Ensure that all customer issues logged outside of normal working hours are recorded and responded to as necessary
  • Receive incoming customer care calls and ensure they are registered and responded to when necessary
  • Organise for the Customer Care Manager to contact all customers following 1 week and 1 month after handover, ensure these calls are diarized
  • Liaise with the Customer Care Manager to arrange defect inspections
  • Liaise with customers to arrange inspection dates, etc and inform all relevant parties, maintaining a professional approach at all times
  • Monitor, maintain and update customer care database
  • Attend company meetings when necessary and take minutes
  • Provide refreshments for visitors as and when required
