Description

The Waiting List Initiative supports individuals who have enduring and complex mental health needs as well as a range of practical, social and emotional challenges while waiting for statutory care from Community Mental Health Teams or following discharge.

The post holder will support the Service Manager in all aspects of the service to deliver a high standard of client support, achieve agreed targets and outcomes.

They will be responsible for management and leadership of a team of link workers, providing supervision, coaching and support. To develop good working relationships with service users, carers, staff and other agencies.

The post holder will ensure that services are provided in a way that is consistent with our values, supporting and promoting an organisational culture that values: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and innovation.
