Description

A Senior Building Surveyor is needed to join a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy, based near Liverpool Street in London.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a team of 8 other Surveyors of different levels, and will play an active part in supporting junior APC staff.

The team provides a varied service line, of both professional and project instructions,including; dilapidations (landlord & tenant), expert witness, schedules of conditions, defect diagnosis and contract admin.

Clients spread across the industrial, residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors, and the new Senior Building Surveyor will be expected to actively manage clients, as well as build new relationships.

There is huge growth opportunity for the right SeniorBuilding Surveyor, and you will be supported in your self-progression to reach those promotions.

The Senior Building Surveyor

MRICS (Preferable)
RICS accredited degree
4+ years consultancy experience
Professional and project services experience
Mixed sector experience
Client management/ Business development skills
Ambitious, keen to continue growing into the business
Work autonomously and well as a team/leading a team

- £65,000 - £75,000 (Negotiable)
