Duties:

Upselling current business by offering extra services on top of the ones they are already using.
Following up current campaigns with consistent telephone contact to qualify leads.
Deal with inbound calls, assisting with different queries, varying from pricing enquires to product information/upgrades.
Conduct online consultations through video chat or over the phone.
Dealing with all levels of management.
Provide online product demonstrations and occasionally training
Keep up to date with customers, ensuring they are contacted on a consistent basis over the sales cycle.
Occasionally provide software and sales support.
Maintain CRM with a high degree of accuracy.
Meet/exceed targets.
