One of the UK's leading investment property specialists has an exciting opportunity for a talented Head of Completions to join their team based in Chester, Cheshire.

About the Role


As The Head of Completions, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Client Care and working closely with your team to enhance the property sales process for our clients.

You will be responsible for your own pipeline as well as ensuring that your team are equipped to solve potential problems and meet strict deadlines.


Salary:
£37,000 plus commission with OTE £60,000.00


Key Elements

  • Work under the advice and management of the Head of Client Care
  • Maximise completions and minimise fallthroughs.
  • Providing an exceptional level of service to all clients from start to finish.
  • Ensuring that your department files, spreadsheets and CRM system are up to date.
  • Provide weekly reports of predicted completions to the Head of Client Care.
  • Work towards your own KPIs as well as setting and monitoring the completion teams targets.
  • Provide managerial support and provide opportunities for learning and progression to your team.
  • Being the point of escalation for any client complaints.

About You

  • You must be able to work under pressure and to strict time scales.
  • You must have an indepth understanding of the conveyancing process, especially with offplan and new build properties. Experience in a conveyancing department or a legal education would be beneficial.
  • You must have a good understanding of mortgages and bridging finance.
  • You must be articulate and well organised and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Strong conflictresolution skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to maintain positive thirdparty relationships relative to your department.
  • Good time management skills
  • Computer literate, confident user of PC, MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Salary:
£35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
