  • 3 Month Temporary Position

About Our Client:

My client is a well established Not for Profit, Higher Education organisation based in Greater Manchester. They provide high quality learning facilities and resources in a inspiring learning environment.


The key responsibilities of a Finance Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Responsible for the administration of finance activities
  • Provide advice and guidance to queries
  • Generate requests for a refund
  • Investigate and resolve financial registration queries
  • Provide confirmation on charges and fees
  • Setting up data to support payment awards to accounts
  • Maintain and update system records
  • Responsible for own data management

The Successful Applicant:


  • Not for Profit and Charities background
  • Higher Education essential
  • Relevant knowledge in financial processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate work activities
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to commute to Manchester
