With 10 years' experience providing quality vehicles for disability, education and industrial utility.

We are seeking to expand our team with a part time Accounts Assistant to work 3 full day per week.

Benefits include:

Salary range £24£30,000 dependent on level of experience. (Pro rata for part time)

The role of the Part time

Accounts Assistant:

To be involved in all aspects of accounts using Sage line 50
Upload invoices onto database for month end
Purchase Ledger reconciliation and supplier statement reconciliation
Preparation of payment runs VAT returns
Raise monthly sale invoices, accruals, prepayments
Credit control, chase and manage outstanding debts.
Ideally you will be able to take the accounts to trial balance / part management accounts

The Part time Accounts Assistant will: Be able to provide a full accounts function to our small business

You must have experience of Sage line 50 as training cannot be provided
Ideally you will be able to do accounts to trial balance / part management accounts level you may be AAT qualified.
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills to be able to resolve queries and problems.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills to keep on top of our business on a weekly basis.
You will be confident of your own abilities, methodical and well organised, able to make the job your own.

Training

Client and product knowledge provided; however, accounts experience essential.
