A superb opportunity to join a small, growing PR agency team as their Agency Director, leading to an MD role fairly soon

The business specialises in PR for the financial services and construction sectors and this exciting opportunity will give you a great chance to work in a senior leadership role as Agency Director initially, with a very clear plan for this role to become MDlevel very quickly.

So, we are on the lookout for a talented Agency Director to help take this agency to the next level.

It's a close-knit team and we're looking for someone who can help us keep the engine running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CEO and other senior management to develop and implement the agency's strategic plans and ensure they are met.
Oversee the daytoday operations of the agency and ensure that everything is running smoothly that's all aspects of running an agency team, clients, facilities, new business
Manage the agency's finances, including budgeting and financial reporting
Help us build and maintain a team of talented professionals who are passionate about PR and our clients, including training, development and ensuring everyone is on target to deliver their work.
Ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with a smile
Identify areas where we can improve our operations and implement new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to make sure that we're getting the best deals and the best service.

Yiou MUST understand the deliverables in clients services within a PR and communications agency, although you could come from a similar agency background, rather than PR (so comms, digital, social media)
