Up to £33,000
Hours: 37.5 per week/Monday to Friday

Central London (3 days a week in client office and 2 days from home)
Purpose of Role:
To support the Bright Horizons coaching and consultancy team with administrative tasks related the Family Care Programme within a large corporate financial based setting.
The Family Care Programme supports employees throughout their parental leave transitions (maternity, paternity, surrogacy and adoption) to enable them to effectively balance their career with their parenting journey.
What you'll be doing;
- Acting as the initial point of contact for employees' policy queries, responding to and triaging queries to ensure that employees receive prompt support and accurate advice
- Followup internally on complex Employee Relations (ER) / employee queries flagging / escalating policy queries as appropriate
- Activating the client's parenting leave journey once employees notify you of their intention to take leave
- Managing the administrative requirements of the employee leave processes including Mat B1 and Return to Work record keeping

- Data input and case management for the client's Bright Horizons coaching programme, working with our online and app based platform, the Parental Leave Toolkit (PLT) for which training will be provided
- Quarterly audit of programme data and reporting support
- Monitoring, responding to or forwarding categorised PLT / Coaching queries
- Supporting the setup and enhancement of the client's PLT
- Supporting with the client's yearend activities in partnership with other business functions
What we need from you;
- Experience of working for a large corporate organisation with the ability to work in a fastpaced and demanding environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills, and attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy
- HR background that would enable you to be confident in answering family leave queries and determining when to escalate to the correct line of support.
- CIPD Level
- Experience of planning, prioritising, and organising work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, individually and as part of a team, whilst ensuring the effective use of resources and delivering a high standard of work to tight deadlines
- Strong team player and selfstarter, with excellent initiative
