An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Department of Computer Science for someone with a passion for customer service and supporting students and staff to use their administrative skills in this role and to have a positive impact on the experience of students and staff in our department.
You will be educated to at least A-level standard (or possess equivalent experience) and will already have worked in a busy office environment.
You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively and using your own initiative to make decisions and solve problems.
You must demonstrate both a flexible approach to work and a commitment to maintaining our positive, supportive and inclusive working environment.
