We are currently looking for a Complaints Case Handler to join an internationally recognised organisation based in Northampton. This is a permanent position, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and offering a competitive salary.If you are looking to join a busy team and are a driven individual who has exceptional customer and investigative service skills, then this might be the role for you
The role:
- Efficiently oversee the daytoday coordination of complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and develop detailed casework to the highest professional standard
- Analyse evidence submitted by complainants and members of the body
- Ensure that communications issued to external parties are clear and demonstrate that a thorough investigation has been undertaken
- Maintain accurate records, providing a clear and concise audit trail of investigations and communications
- Assist with investigating the misuse / unpermitted use of company logo
- Assist in the development and updating of company policies and processes
- Provide recommendations on how the company's complaints policies can be best aligned with case law
- Prepare and submit reports when required
You:
- Previous experience within a complaint handling role would be advantageous
- Experience in developing casework and reports
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, busy environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Uses own initiative and has a proactive approach
- Ability to build external relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
