POYNTON

£2- 24K + ONSITE PARKING + PENSION
Our client is seeking a Customer Services Expert to join their growing team.

Supporting Customers

Incoming and outgoing call handling

Its your job to ensure that all incoming calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently creating an excellent customer service experience
This role involves on selling and is not a call centre you are there to assist new customer's with queries and requests for help and to maintain a great relationship with repeat customers needing support
Updating the CRM

Maintain the Amazing Reputation

You will do everything you can to support and delight the customers you interact with
Reviews about our client's service is important to them and its your role to proactively grow them checking with customers they were happy with the service, sending them out review requests via Trust Pilot or Google review

This is a varied role within our client's business. You will be an expert in their products and enjoy interacting and supporting customers.
