Abbott Toxicology is part of Abbott's Diagnostics family of businesses, bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for treatment and management of diseases and other conditions.

Abbott Healthcare Connections (AHCC) provide Occupational Health services to customers through 23 medical centers in the UK.

We are currently looking for a
Customer Services Supervisor in the Healthcare Connections division located in
Loughton.


What You'll do
As a Customer Services Supervisor you will lead the team of Customer Services and more specifically:

  • Oversee the process of handling queries from customers
  • Ensure the results are issued to customers on time within business KPIs
  • Conduct training for other members of the AHCC Customer Services Team, maintain training records/training matrix and ensure team members are trained and competent to perform their roles
  • Dealwith complaints and collaborate with other internal teams to intestigate them
  • Support the business with change controls, audit actions and quality investigations relating to the AHCC Customer Services team/processes
  • Review and update processes to ensure efficiency within the team and ensuring all team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and accurate

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Team leading experience in Customer Service Sector
  • Background / experience in Occupational Health/Healthcare setting is desirable
  • Educated in National Standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Good Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
  • A selfmotivated, organised, positive individual with a flexible approach to work
