Are you an experienced Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a difference?


Advantage Health care part of City & County Healthcare Complex Division will provide you the support and ongoing training and development to make a rewarding difference to people's lives every day.

This Support Worker/Care Assistant role pays up to £14.34per hour. We offer flexible shift patterns and exclusive nurse led training


Our client a young female child aged 2 years old with complex care needs - 'Severe hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy', dystonia, unsafe swallow and reflux requires Waking Night Carers to provide full care and support to all her clinical needs.

You will havean opportunity to develop and gain news skills including:
PEG feeding, suctioning, and clinical observations.
Prior to lone working with our client, there will be an opportunity to work shadow shifts. You will receive 24/7 support from Clinical Nurse Team. Competencies are assessed by our Nurses and you will receive ongoing clinical and mandatory training. We are committedto your ongoing professional development.

Shift patterns are: 22:00pm - 08:00am Waking Nights Rates of Pay: £12.33 to £14.34
(inclusive of holiday pay)
