An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Surveyor at Melton Borough Council.

Working as part of a multi disciplined team you will be involved with a mixed property portfolio that includes offices, industrial units, sports and leisure facilities, allotments and car parks.


About you
Ideally you will be and have the following skills;
- be an enthusiastic motivated individual who works well both as part of a team and as an individual who is capable of working with minimum supervision
- have some experience of working within a multi-disciplinary property team environment
- be a good communicator with the skills to be able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple departments and sectors, both internally and externally with excellent customer service and inter-personal skills
- have a flexible attitude towards work and embrace change
- have experience of working in an office environment
- be able to prioritise your workload, whilst working to deadlines
