Hand Router Material Trimmer/ Finisher

Monday to Friday

08:00 - 17:00

£10.75 per hour

Salisbury

My client are a leading Global Design and Manufacturing business on the outskirts of Salisbury, due to the sustained growth and continued success they are seeking someone to join the team as a Hand Router Material Trimmer/ Finisher.

Main responsibility:

Operating handheld routers using a limited number of tools.
Setting & Operating hand routers.
Maintain a consistent finish for batched parts.
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Ensure work is accurate and of a high standard.
Manual handling assisting team with loading and unloading machines.
A cando approach to work
Willing to learn a new skill and ability to prioritise work when required.
Team player, positive attitude and the ability to occasionally work alone.

Full training will be provided, during and after the initial training stages, you will be working alongside an experienced team of operators that are skilled in a unique and vibrant sector of manufacturing.

Due to the unique nature of the business, my client is seeking an operator that can transition from a machining or manufacturing environment.

Experience preferred, however industrial cutting machines, bending machines, circular or bandsaw experience will be considered.

Experience in using general hand tools, drills, sanders at home or in a workplace, familiar with high levels of quality.
