Description

Based in Lisburn area "Our Client" own multiple industries and distribute products to customers worldwide. The Group is currently going through a continued period of rapid growth, through business acquisitions and increased sales activity.

With multi-sectors and many arms of production Lines to the business, you will be trained in certain aspects of the manufacturing areas of the factory: Aerosols line, bottle-filling line, dispenser assembly line.

Packing products on the injection moulding machines.

Shift: 40 HOURS PER WEEK SHIFTS BELOW MUST BE WORKED ROTATIONAL

Day shift
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7am to 3.

00pm:
-
Evening shift
MONDAY TO THURSDAY 3.00pm to 01.

00am:
- **Night shift will be required further into this role Monday

Thursday 9pm7am**
Hourly rates:
Day shift:

£11.00phr + Holiday pay £1.32

Evening shift £11.50phr + Holiday pay £1.38

Duties:

Operation of injection moulding machine (side by side)

- at least 6 months production experience essential

Heavy lifting required within this roles lifting over 15 kg periodically involved
Comes into the machine in pellet form
Running of the machine to make different moulds
Product comes out every 60 seconds
Checking of product for imperfections
Snipping of any tags
Putting any product that not to standard to the side
Boxing up of products
Filing out of paperwork for the orders
Counting items before putting away.
Working with mould parts from the machines
Putting parts on using soldering irons and adhesive
Using hand and power tools
Manual handling duties required
Working in a fast pace environment
