What will I be doing?


As a Front Office & Administration Assistant, you will provide reception and administration services for the guest to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through to check-out.

A Front Office & Administration Assistant contributes to the first impression of our guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Ensure efficient reception experience for Guests, including checkin/ out and complete audit procedures, as required
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • To ensure that a consistent high standard of service is delivered in a friendly and personalised manner via all communication systems
  • To be fully compliant with PCI and Data Systems Security Compliance Programme
  • To be financially aware and continually seek to reduce wastage and promote environmental policies
  • Assist in the maintenance of lead management processes e.g. change of addresses
  • To be fully aware of the current guidelines in relation to owners debtors
  • Report any defects, damage, or hazards in the working environment
  • Carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the health and safety and welfare of self, other members of staff, guests and other persons on the premises
  • Undertaking such other duties within Administration as may be assigned by Management.
  • Assist with all HGVC mail shots as required from time to time
