Due to exciting expansion within our Hamptons Residential Development division - we are currently looking for an experienced Head of Investment to drive and lead a new department within Hamptons.

What are we looking for?

  • Highly experienced and with an excellent reputation in the UK residential development & investments sector
  • Able to oversee the full residential investment process; with a proven track record of having worked and transacted with investors, build to rent operators, funds, landlords, councils and local authorities & developers at the highest level
  • Excellent networking skills and contacts
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strategic with ability to evolve and seek out new opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A natural 'presenter', able to create, present and win pitches
  • Experience working within a wider residential development team, interacting across other key service lines
  • Able to recruit, train and retain the very best
  • Ability to forge and maintain excellent relationships within the business
  • Confident in and passionate about cross selling to and for other areas of the business
  • Ensuring the highest level of service and care
  • Reporting and forecasting on all KPIs and financial results
  • Able to work within budget/P&L to EBITDA expectation

The ideal Head of Residential Development will:

  • Have an excellent track record and several years' experience operating at the highest level of the industry
  • Be passionate about starting a growing a department and have vision for growth
  • Be personable wellpresented and composed at all times
  • Have immaculate communication and presentation skills
  • An active team player, encouraging their team and themselves to succeed
  • Be selfmotivated, determined, and efficient
  • Able to represent the developers brand to the highest of standards at all times
