Description
- Aligns suppliers with business standards to ascertain the best products in terms of best value, schedules and quality
- Establishes cost reduction plan through supplier collaboration, market intelligence and entire regional organisation's spend leverage
- Identifies strategic partners and delivers improved products and lower costs to the organisation through supplier management
- Builds, maintains and manages supplier relationship and ensure that a professional, consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationship
- Coordinates supplier issues such as price, quality, delivery or invoice
- Supports with the continued development of strategic supplier base and implementation of sourcing strategy & KPIs reports management
Profile
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skill
- Project management experience
- Working experience in using ERP system
- Minimum 2years experiences in Purchasing
- Proven track record of sourcing and vendor management
- Must have technical background and is able to read engineering drawings/Specs, understands supplier cost matrix
