An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Neurology Rehabilitation Team. We are looking to expand our team of Rehabilitation Assistants. If you are passionate about providing high quality and specialist community care for people with Neurological conditions, this is the role for you

The Community Neurological Rehabilitation service (CNRS) is based at St Marys hospital and provides specialist multidisciplinary rehabilitation for people with a range of long-term neurological conditions living in Leeds.

Our multi-disciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Nurses, Clinical Neuro

Psychologists, a Dietitian and more. We provide goal focussed, time limited rehabilitation interventions in a variety of community settings which may include patients own home, care/nursing home, or an educational or employment setting. We also see patients in our assessment, therapy clinics at St. Marys hospital.
