An online food ordering and delivery platform is looking to grow its Operations Team.


You will be part of a team responsible for reaching out to restaurant partners to gather required documentation and on-board new restaurants to their platform.

The team has hundreds of accounts to manage and new restaurant partners are looking to be on-boarded each week.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the internal Account Management team and Compliance team to ensure that the correct documents are uploaded to the platform and that the restaurants are fully onboarded
  • Liaising with external restaurant stakeholders to ensure compliance is met
  • Utilising Google Excel Sheets and the internal platform to filter through the documentation and understand what is left to acquire from restaurant partners
  • Tracking and updating your progress as you onboard new restaurant partners
- 'Identifying pain points with current processes and proposing and operationalising solutions


Requirements:


  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc.) and proficiency with SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great attention to detail and highly organised
  • Ability to use data to problem solve and complete processes efficiently
