We are currently recruiting for an InlifeTechnical Scheduler, positioned within
Animal House Operations.
Your key responsibilities will be to schedule the in -life phases of studies and to populate eSchedule ready for resource allocation.
This role will be remote based however you must live within a commutable distance from Alconbury (Cambridgeshire)
The main duties for this role will include:
- Scheduling multiple in-life study teams in Animal Operations, regionally
- Communicating effectively with other scheduling teams, study direction and internal stakeholders to support scheduling of required tasks
- Developing, maintaining and providing scheduling metrics to management to facilitate workforce, equipment and facility planning
- Evaluating and responding to scheduling requests for all species in the department
- Responding proactively to last minute scheduling changes
- Triaging change requests and prioritising workload effectively and independently
Education/Qualifications:
- 5 GCSE's at grade C/4 or above; including English, Mathematics and Science
Experience:
-
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and office, as well as prior experience using a master scheduling tool (ideally CMS)
- Communication skills of a high standard across all levels in the business
- Indepth knowledge of study designs, protocols and inlife procedures
- Strong ability to problem solve and multitask effectively
- Experience of working in an animal facility desirable
