We are recruiting for an experienced Wood Machinist based in Bilborough for a great, friendly company, lots of progression, day shifts , immediate starts, £11 per hour.
Wood Machinist - Job role:
- Goods in work
- Daily job changes to keep work varied
- Using high pressured nail guns
- Using band saws/hydraulic crosscuts
- Be able to work from drawings
- Using hand tools
- Adhering to health and safety
- Maintain all required records
- This list is not exhaustive of all tasks, and you will be required to assist with other tasks within the operations department.
Wood Machinist - The person:
- Previous experience with woodworking machinery
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience working with Timber Materials
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a motivated team and maintain close relationships with colleagues
- Enthusiastic and reliable
- Wants to learn and progress
- Computer literate, be able to understand systems
