Utility Arborist

  • Overall aim of this role within the company are: _
  • To become an important team member within the Utility Arboriculture department, to assist and work in conjunction with operational teams, administrative and management personnel to reach the best possible working environment for both team members and clients.
  • Ensure work is carried out to a high standard and to the requirements of our clients and compliance with G55/ENATS.
  • Communicate and report to department manager with daily updates, span reports and any operational issues that may arise.
  • Achieve Utility Department targets as per company requirements and bonus scheme.
  • To ensure the safety, wellbeing and compliance of all fellow team members, and anyone in contact within our working environment adhere to our health and safety policy.
  • Specific tasks of role including but not limited to: _
  • Devegetation works to achieve clearance of power lines in line with client requirements
  • Reporting of close calls and near misses.
  • Completing daily site and task specific RAMS
  • Carry out pruning work in accordance to G55/BS399
  • Communicate with department manager if any unexpected changes may arise on site
  • Certification/

Experience Requirements:
_

  • Full/Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Previous Arboriculture/Utility Arboriculture Experience 1 year minimum
  • Minimum Requirement of UA1 Certification
  • Minimum Requirement of CS30/31/38 Certification
  • Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate

Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
