Job Title;Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased)


Salary;£35,000 - £38,000 per annum


Shift Pattern;6:00am - 6:00pm on a 4 on, 4 off basis


Location;Market Rasen, Lincolnshire

Jacob Thomas Associates are working in partnership with our client, a renowned manufacturing company based in Lincolnshire. Our client is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Electrically biased) to join their Engineering Team


The Maintenance Engineer Role;

  • Responsible for PPM on a variety of machinery and equipment
  • Reactive maintenance and breakdown response ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner
  • Fault finding and root cause analysis
  • Inventory management ensure parts and consumables are kept at required levels
  • Ensuring that PPM schedules are adhered to and adjusted where required
  • Responsible for installing and commissioning new equipment
  • Working as part of a team as well as independently to provide engineering solutions onsite
  • Adhering to health & safety procedures
  • Previous experience of operating as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment
  • Electrical and Mechanical experience required
  • Possess an electrical qualification, 17th or 18th edition would be advantageous
  • Able to manage workloads effectively with strong timekeeping skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and using own initiative
