We're looking for multiple sociable and friendly customer service advisors to join a welcoming team in Bradford. The purpose of the role is to help customers make claims and update them along the way.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Dealing with queries regarding claims
  • Registering new customers
  • Processing cancellations and policy changes
  • Updating customers on their claim progress
  • Explaining to customers why their claims have been declined
