An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stroke Data Admin Support Officer with in Integrated Geriatric & Stroke Medicine. The Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) is a major healthcare quality improvement programme.

SSNAP measures the quality and organisation of stroke care in the NHS and is the single source of data in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.


If you enjoy new challenges and working with a multi disciplinary team this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

To be responsible for collating and inputting data onto the SSNAP web tool. To collate and process other data required for monitoring the performance of the Stroke pathway.

In conjunction with the Stroke Data Co-Ordinator, be responsible for abstracting and analysing patient clinical information and producing reports for Senior Managers, MDT Leads and Clinical Director.

The post holder will prioritise work according to changing demands and trust targets.

This vacancy requires working between all sites across Sheffield Teaching Hospital including community sites.
