Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Finance Opportunity

Salary:

First Year - Base: £25k (OTE = £40K)

Second Year - Base: £38k (OTE = £70K)

Third Year - Base: £52k (OTE = £100K+)

Ourclient's training manager is fully CITD qualified and has plenty of experience working within the fast paced recruitment sector.

Our client works with private equity investors to provide the best quality finance talent to ensure a client is in the best possible shape

Requirements - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

2.1 or a 1st from a Top 30 University
Well spoken but doesn't have to be posh
Confident, driven and ambitious
Worked alongside University career
Good at multitasking
Extremely organised
Resilience

Ability to support manager and wider team to maintain and expand company relationships
