Client Credit Controller - London, United Kingdom - Marsh & Parsons

Our Head Office is the heartbeat of Marsh & Parsons, and we are looking for an organised and analytically focused Credit Controller to join our team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all outstanding payments to Marsh & Parsons are chased, collected, and allocated in a timely manner and that due protocol is followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Chasing debt through systematic phone calls and letters
- Managing monthly debt reports which are circulated to relevant parties
- Keeping internal stakeholders up to date with case progression
- Buildings relationships with Head Office and Branch staff
- Allocating payments from credit/debit cards, or bank transfer
- Working closely with our Client Accounts Team in mutual support
- Offering advice to other departments in respect of debt recovery or issues of compliance
Key Skills and Experience
- Credit control experience preferred, or comparable account management experience
- Good numeracy
- Proven customer service skills
- Personable with a diplomatic and confident phone manner
- Assertive and highly motivated
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- IT literate

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
