This isn't a call centre, but you will be required to speak with senior individuals daily over phone calls, video calls and in person meetings.

If you are phone shy or scared to present ideas this isn't the role for you


What the role involves:

• Speaking with senior individuals and decision makers predominantly over the phone.
• Conducting industry specific market research.
• Negotiating terms and fees with clients.
• Writing job adverts.
• Cold calling.
• Finding new business.
• Building databases.

Recruitment is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection.

The rejection in these roles is constant, if you struggle bouncing back from knock backs you will not enjoy this position.

We need people who see rejection as a motivator for success. This will be an emotional rollercoaster, good days, bad days, days where you question it all but when it goes right, it is 100% worth it
