Branchto join our Cash Converters
Crawleyteam. You will join us on a
full time,
permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of
£28,000 to £32,000 plus OTE.
Capital Cash are the largest Franchisee group of Cash Converters in the world.


Cash Converters is a global franchise organisation and Capital Cash Ltd currently have 42 stores throughout the UK, however, this is rapidly increasing as we plan to open new stores each year.


TheBranch Managerrole:

The
Branch Manager is very much a focal point within our stores.

There is a requirement for outstanding performance delivery against the required business KPIs delivering growth and profit for the business.


  • Shift Patterns: (Monday to Sunday) _09:30am to 18:00pm working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis_

Key Responsibilities of our Branch Manager:

  • Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
  • Dealing with store issues such as, queries and complaints
  • Driving and motivating your team
  • Interviewing and recruiting new staff
  • Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
  • Organising rotas and holidays

Our idealBranch Managershould have the below skills and experience:

  • Retail/ Customer Service experience
  • Continuity in employment
  • Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
  • An understanding of KPI's
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills

In return, we will offer ourBranch Manager:

  • Competitive salary between £28,000 to £32,000 OTE
