Monday - Friday, core business hours only, £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.

In this role you will:
- act on instruction given to you by customers, this requires active listening skills
- troubleshoot on issues customers have with products
- balance excellent customer service with quick and efficient support to limit call queues
- work closely with colleagues and leadership team to ensure compliance and processes are adhered to at all times
