As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing value and executing the change strategy by leading change initiatives across the business.

- Assist senior stakeholders in achieving the goals of their transformation portfolios
- Prioritise and plan for successful delivery of projects with the desired strategic outcomes in mind
- Manage project requirements and deliverables, while adhering to budgets and deadlines
- Remove obstacles to ensure smooth project progression
- Examine previous and current projects to identify areas for improvement and optimise processes
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders across the organisation
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Experience:
- Experience delivering change within the London Market
- Endtoend Change Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Ability to work as part of a team
