Windows Patching Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work within a team to manage, the
    Windows Patching Coordinator will install and troubleshoot monthly Microsoft Security updates on customer sites.
  • Communicate with customers and arrange downtime, resolve any issues and escalate if need be.
  • Provide daily feedback to Managers & weekly updates to the Control Advisory Board
  • Communicate updates and report issues quickly and efficiently to the customer.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & Experience

  • To be proactive and pragmatic and extremely detail orientated.
  • Good understanding of Excel spreadsheets (including formulas)
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Windows 10 Desktops on a network (LAN)
  • Understand basic networking & network terminology.
  • An understanding of corporate systems such as: collaboration solutions such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

preferred SKILLS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

  • EPOS experience
  • Bomgar client
  • PowerShell scripts
Working Hours = Monday to Friday 07.00am - 3.00pm (7.5 hours with 0.5 hour break)
