A fantastic opportunity has become available as part of our Investment Delivery team.

The Housing Project Co-Ordinator will be responsible for conducting regular site visits across the Southwest Region and be a front facing point of contact for our contractors.


You will consult with both customers and other stakeholders and contribute to the setting of quality standards, specification and affordable rates whilst ensuring delivery in accordance with Health and Safety.


To be considered for this role you will need to be local to the Bristol area with a full current driving license of a suitable vehicle.

More about you
You will have experience in successfully implementing large scale planned work programmes and working with contractors. You will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work well under pressure without close supervision.


Building strong relationships is crucial for this role, so the ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard is required.

Ideally you will come from a housing or maintenance industry, but other backgrounds will also be considered.
