We are looking to appoint an exceptional person to join the Laboratory Services team (Research Operations) and provide crucial technical support to research and teaching laboratories in Jenner Wing.

Ideally the post holder will have relevant experience of working in a laboratory, have awareness of health and safety, have a strong ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key attributes of the successful applicant (_no more than 50 words_) include:

Experience of working in a research or diagnostic laboratory
Experience with glassware washing, autoclaving and media preparation
Accurate worker and high attention to detail
Passion for delivering a great service and good customer service
High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage a high volume of work and priorities effectively
Strong organisational, timemanagement and communication skills
Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems
Flexible work approach
