About this Role:
We are looking for someone with exceptional telephone skills and experience with Microsoft office to take on our Central Services Administrator role, which will be a hybrid role based in our Head Office in Salisbury.
Some Responsibilities and Goals you'll own:
- Answering group main switchboard, routing calls around the business and logging call backs.
- Office Management duties including but not limited to; in/outgoing post, franking, answering the intercom for guests, signing guests in, reception support, ordering office supplies, booking meeting room, organising lunches and office parties and some health and safety checks.
- Managing administration inboxes, answering or routing queries to correct departments.
- Updating company records on customer database.
- Conducting mail merges.
- Assisting with ad hoc admin and reports as and when required.
- PA support for Central Services management, and infrequently, the Group CEO
- Any other needs of the central services team
Must Have Skills:

Essential_
- Highly motivated with a positive approach, team player.
- High level of computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience of high levels of customer service and some administration
- Ability to interact with clients, contractors and customers confidently
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Proactive in seeking out opportunities for selfdevelopment inside the business
- Ability to build effective working relationships
Desirable_
- Experience of Mail Merges
- Experience of Qube
- Previous experience within the property sector would be beneficial
- Previous call centre experience, or experience in a fastpaced environment
