Description

The Flow Coordinators (Stores) are responsible for:

  • Manual Handling (with the use of aids) products & ingredients to the prep area.
  • Ability to work in a chilled enviroment.
  • Goods Receiving, storing, picking & packing.
  • Distributing goods internally to different departments.
  • Keeping ordering activities in line with unit finance regulations and audit criteria.
  • Communicates with suppliers regarding the quality of stock.
  • Flexible working around different departments of the warehouse.
  • Adheres to HACCP compliance across all areas.
  • Review material/dead stock waste and adjust stock levels accordingly.
  • Targets & applicable KPI's are met.
  • Ensuring minimum/maximum stock levels are adhered to.
  • Conduct quality, and product date checks.
  • Daily stock count of the list.
  • Clean the working areas.

Hours of Work:


  • Able to be fully flexible with the hours/timings of shifts (between the hours of 6:00am and 11pm)
  • 5 days on, 2 days off/4 days on, 2 days off
  • 10 hour or 12 hour shifts

Experience:


  • At least 1 year working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to carry out Manual Handling
  • Forklift experience/licence is not essential, but is desirable
