New site structure / architecture and hierarchy for intranet aligned to the intranet's purpose.

Define the global navigation of the intranet

Look at how to simplify access to information on the intranet through user journeys and navigation

Define required types of content

Determine the use of different digital channels for distribution of content to different audiences

Activities
Review current site structure

Review current available channels

Work with key stakeholders to understand requirements for new intranet

Test new site structure proposal with end users

Contribute to user requirements

Working with business owners and designers to look at intranet page layouts

Skills:

Experience with a similar activity with another organisation website or large intranet /Previously developed architecture and navigation for a large intranet or website

Understanding the requirements of a large, complex organisation

Working with a mix of stakeholders
