About the role
The Blavatnik School of Government is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team at the Institute for New Economic Thinking at the Oxford Martin School (INET Oxford).
Based within the INET Oxford research centre in the Manor Road Building, the Administrative Assistant will be a key member of the INET Oxford Administration Team, supporting the Institute with general office and administrative duties, support for Institute events, and assistance to team members.
Duties will include; dealing with a wide range of matters (sometimes confidential or sensitive) and exercising judgement about the course of action required, organising travel, meetings and events and financial reporting and expenses.
The contract is fixed-term until 31 December 2025 (with the possibility of extension).About you
