Our Client a Top 20 UK Accountancy firm are looking for a communications executive to join their busy Comms team.

Communications Executive - The Role
The Communications Executive will work with the Senior PR & Communications Executive to:

Manage the ongoing development of the Sharepoint Intranet which includes planning and writing engaging content to enhance information sharing across the firm.
Strengthen stakeholder engagement with the companies core messaging and brand.
Organising and coordinating relevant content to be delivered through internal and external channels
Drafting internal copies for the intranet and messages.
Drafting external messaging including announcements, social media posts, website copy, articles, blogs and other copy as required
Identifying and managing training requirements e.g., for effective communications
Managing the contents of our internal newsletter
Producing and writing reports
Arranging meetings, filming, and any training

required on an ad hoc basis

Communications Executive - Skills & Experience Required

Experience in ensuring regular, fresh content is delivered through an intranet site
Excellent organisational skills, strong time management and great communication and relationship building skills are essential
Excellent storytelling, copywriting and editing skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and prioritise
Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns to deliver specific messages
