Description

Our client, an award-winning business currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and innovation, is looking to hire a credible and ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its talented team, in this newly created role.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering insightful and value-adding analysis that will directly support future growth and help steer strategy and decision making.

Main duties include:

Delivering monthly board pack and commentary for financial performance
Coordinating the 5 year strategic plans development, including the financial modelling and associated capital investment plan
Leading the on going financial evaluation of the strategic initiative, coordinating with Commercial and Operational Finance Teams
Managing the reporting, forecasting and budgeting of head office costs
Delivering of targeted financial performance and effective stakeholder management
Capital spend to plan, delivery of ROI on investments
Oversight of capex programme costs
Analysing data, providing recommendations and challenge assumptions

Key skills & experience required:

Advanced Excel skills, with experience of managing large and complex data sets
Studying towards ACCA/CIMA with a strong academic record to date
Excellent attention to detail
Proven track record in a role that required reporting and producing insight to the business
Can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business drivers
Able to communicate complex financial processes to nonfinance and build relationships with a range of stakeholders
