As a Patient Services Administrator at our Manchester Institute of Health and Performance, you will be a proactive individual and are able to multitask and demonstrate experience working in a fast paced environment.
You will be friendly and approachable and will have previously worked in a customer facing role - experience in dealing with hospital patients would be an advantage.
As a Patient Services Administrator, you will:
Operate the main switchboard, by answering and directing calls to the relevant departments and take messages.
Welcome all guests and visitors that arrive at the main reception
Carry out general administration duties including postage, scanning, printing, taking payments, diary input
Liaise with other departments and work as a team
Handle enquiries and general queries
