Attendance Officer with SIMS experiencelooking for a position within a welcoming and vibrant Sefton secondary school?

We're seeking a full-time,
secondary schoolAttendance Officer to work within one of our Sefton secondary schools on a full time, long-term basis.

This role is to start immediately and will continue until the end of the schoolyear in July 2023.

You will be expected to work from 8am until 4pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm Friday with a starting salary of £12.50 an hour.

**Your role as a secondary school Attendance Officer with SIMS experience will consist of: - **Monitor school attendance data daily

Organising and collecting late sheets and uploading data onto the SIMS system

Maintaining registers

Sending text messages and making phone calls to parents

Work with Form Tutors and Heads of year regarding pupil absence

You will require:

Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
Full and complete 10-year career history

Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference

Legal right to work in the UK
