Business Analyst - Hybrid - Taunton once a month - up to £ 43,800

The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a highly specialist civil service organisation.

We are supporting them to recruit a Business Analyst with a BSC Diploma in Business Analysis to be a part of a dynamic and growing team.

What the Business Analyst will be doing
You will be dealing with complex systems and processes.

You will have to abstract these into models and documents that can be understood by both business users and development teams.

Identifying business requirements and providing solutions
Conducting research and analysing data to inform business decisions.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive project success.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

What the successful Business Analyst will bring to the team

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyse, break down & simplify problems; documenting and delivering effective solutions.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools
BSC Diploma in Business Analysis
